Help Facebook messenger??

[smurph1]

I use the FB msgr app. But occasionally I want to see my messages on my tablet or work phone without having to install the messenger app. Is there a work-around to see messages in just the FB app?
Why oh why have facebook done this!?!

No, there is not a way to view messages in the Facebook app.

You can, however, view these in the browser.

Via facebook.com or messenger.com in the phone/tab browser?

Through facebook.com, of course.
