i have a samsung galaxi tab3 & iphone 4, in my tab while using fb messenger app its not smooth at all typing and loading stickers compared to iphone:(. in compare to iphone tab has better hardware:confused:.using 3g for both the devices.
please give me some information as i am totally lost, android experience is not good as i am using fb messenger a lot.

My Tab 3 that I got free from my carrier came out of the box with low performance mode for some reason. Go to settings and turn off power saving if you want the Tab to run on high performance mode. And yes AFAIK the iPhone 4 has better hardware. The Tab 3 is released as a cheap entry level device. Even my 2 year old Tab Plus has a better chipset than the Tab 3 (which is why I gave the Tab 3 to my sister).

thnx buddy for this information, need one advice m planing to buy a new mobile should i go for iphone5s or high end android devices like galaxy s5?

mobile gaming is not important for me but smooth os & user experience is required.

Depends on your tastes. I have a Note 2 and the user experience is great and OS is smooth. In terms of smoothness, a high end Android should be on par with any iOS device. Basically if their priced almost the same, both will be as smooth.

HOWEVER. User experience is a subjective matter. iPhones will never satisfy me for example, because I despise the keyboard they have. It's layout is horrible for me. With Android I have the option of downloading SwiftKey or Swype, which are for me way better than the iOS keyboard. Plus swipe typing is easier if you need to text with only one hand. iOS do not allow changing keyboards.

Plus the fact that I already bought several apps for Android, and if I switch to iOS I will have to buy them again.

I'm with chanchan on this one. I'm a dyed-in-the-wool Android user so I'd always recommend Android, unless there's a compelling reason to the contrary. I have a Moto X and the battery life is the best I've ever had, and it does things that iPhone users can only dream of (touchless controls, breathing notifications, etc), as well as the stuff that all Android users can do that Apple still has yet to catch up to (NFC, live wallpapers, and the ability to completely ignore and replace the OS's stock apps). The Moto X is a smooth and snappy phone, so I have no beefs with it there. If games aren't super important, that will put you in a better position to choose between them as iOS tends to have a better selection of games over Android, so you can decide which features are important to you, and choose from there.
