Help Facebook notifications off

Was pretty sure I've turned off the notifications for Facebook but I keep getting a pop/vibrate sound when I get a notification.
 
Navigate to your media folder, and delete the Facebook.pop sound file. That will permanently fix it. May also be in the notifications folder
