Facebook photo sync

Ah it's making me crazy! I've turned off photo sync in the Facebook app and in the phone settings. Cleared the gallery data.... I've even logged out of Facebook and reset everything up making sure to select no syncing from the very beginning.

This all worked to get rid of the Picasa photos but the Facebook ones keep showing back up. It's making me twitch.

I had the same problem, I solved it by deleting and then reinstalling the Facebook app and made sure not to check sync photos. Pictures load so much quicker now.
