facebook poke notifications

i am currently using facebook for android on my galaxy x but why cant i see my pokes or be notified that i have them???? anyone know how to sort this would be much appreciated :)
 
I dont think pokes show up, friendcastor is slightly better for notifications but imo the official facebook app looks better... try it if you haven't already.
