Facebook?

I've seen that, as well as many others, I am having troubles with syncing my Facebook with my contacts such as their picture. I looked at a few different posts that had instructions on how to do so, but I haven't had a success yet. Is there any way that I could possibly plug my Captivate up to my computer and there be an easier way to do it that way?

Also, I apparently took a screenshot of my phone the other day on accident... How do you do it purposely?
