Help Facebook's "Send as message" is no longer working from my Android phone

Facebook's "Send as message" is no longer working from my Android phone on any web browser. How can that be fixed? I'm wondering if anyone can help. I'm from Italy, so excuse my English. This problem is new and only occurs on my phone, not desktop. Send as message or share as message stopped working just last week. When i do it from my laptop there's no problem. Can anybody help? What could I do?

what happens? i quit using FB a long time ago so i'm not familiar with that function. what browser do you use? what happens when you try to use that feature? nothing?

Only happens on mobile, not PC. I even tried it on different phones and tablets, same thing occurs. I guess maybe I'll have to resign to my fate?
