Factory data reset now can't connect to wi-fi

My phone was being glitchy so I did a factory reset. Now when I try to connect to wi-fi it lets me type in the password but the connect button is not lit up and is not an option to press. Any help? I'm desperate as I just moved to Thailand and this is my only connection to the outside world when I leave my place.

Are you sure you're entering the password correctly? The connect button remains disabled until the password entered its of the correct minimum length.
