No, I don't have the inside track on when the factory images will arrive, but when they do, they'll be posted here:

Guys, it looks like the Nexus 9 (volantis) factory image for Android 5.0 (LRX21L) is now available since I think the first devices shipping are the Nexus 9s.

Hopefully the Nexus 6 images will soon be available, too.
