Factory-Installed Google Play App Deleted

Hi, Android Advisors!

Have a MetroPCS LG Connect 4G LTE. After rooting phone, I installed Titanium Plus. Next, I deleted "Apps that can Safely Be Removed" from a list elsewhere on this site, but then all Google Play installed APPs started closing down, i.e. SHAZAMM. Unaware Google Play was not open source, but rather LG pre-installed by license, I deleted the Google Play Store APP, along with the backup, and now have no access to Google Play store or its listings. Any ideas how to get the Google Play Store App back short of returning it to LG for reinstallation (if that's possible)? The App is completely gone, not recoverable via Settings/Applications/etc. Fortunately, the phone is not bricked and I can also download Amazon store apps at least.

You need the gapps package.

The version you install depends on what version OS you have. If you're running Gingerbread, you'd likely need to grab gapps-gb-20110828-signed.zip, etc.

The nice thing about that page is there are QR codes that you can scan directly from your phone and install the programs that way. :D
