Help Factory Kit Test

Hi, im using my Lenovo A680 ... My Battery got drained then when I finally charged my phone this thing popped out

Then When I tried to press Full Test there was a test for Light Sensor and Proximity Sensor after that test my screen now looks like this

I cant get pass this thing Help please would very much appreciate the Help sorry for the big photos xD

What happens when you reboot it? Do you still get the same screen?

That's weird. That should be accessible only by pressing a ussd code. You mean there's no way you can get out of it?

Yes Im stuck with that Black screen with the red outline

Yes this is a common probblem. Its really simple to fix it. This is a schren test, so to get to the text test you just need to draw(swipe) on the Red lines
