Help Factory Recovery Not working

My phone was shutting every app i oppened, so i reseted it.
1.- Phone wouldn't boot up, stuck at welcome screen from cellphone company.
2.- Did the factory reset, phone still stuck at welcome screen.

Background and possible problem: I rooted the phone and i deleted games and apps from the provider, 100% sure that i didn't remove anything important just things like "ProvidernameMusic" Crappy apps basicly, moved most of my apps to the SD card but nothing relevant to booting up. I read that maybe messing with the apps affected something that the recovery uses and the recovery doesn't work. Is this possible? What do I do now?

Phone: Ilium S220

If by "factory recovery" you mean using the Android recovery mode, messing with apps won't affect recovery. However, if that is the case you don't say what you did in recovery (another reset, tried to install an update?).

A factory reset only deletes user data and user-installed apps, so will not undo any changes to system software. Hence if you removed the wrong thing by mistake a reset, whether from the system menu or recovery, won't fix it.

Not knowing what exactly is wrong, your best bet might be to reflash the entire ROM: either a custom ROM, if one exists for that device, or official software (which will remove root), but a full ROM rather than a partial update.

Unfortunately I know nothing about this phone. A web search for "Ilium S220 ROM" produced a number of hits, but they a
were all in Spanish, which I can't read very much of.

I looked for a ROM, and followed a tutorial to install it.
I installed the drivers for my phone and the software SP Flash Tool.
I proceded to attempt to install the ROM but the software when it should have been detecting my phone in order to install it poped a warning that said "PMT changed for the ROM, it must be downloaded."

I'm stuck.

Someone had the same issue and said to change an option that instead of downloading it made a firmware update but it just poped out another error this time is: "Invalid ROM or PMT addres."

Second Update:
Someone pointed out that this error was fixable by making a back up, formating the whole thing, installing the rom and replacing some files, i'm scared this is getting to technical and i might just be better off paying someone else to do it with the warranty that he will give me my phone usable. Am I one of those guys who think it's too complicated or am i being paranoid when it's really simple? or are my fears justified at this point?
