[Android Question]

I don't have service right now but I can still receive calls and text I just can't make calls or texts but I want to factory reset my phone will I still be able to receive phone call on the same number or will I loose that?

If you are still receiving incoming calls/texts after not paying your bill, that's something that boost mobile is doing on their end. A factory reset shouldn't change the way the phone interfaces with the network at all.
