factory reset done no root

I did a factory reset on my rooted Samsung tab 10.1 gsm. But setcpu superuser titanium busybox don't seem to recognise any root, did a root checker and say not rooted , what should I do now re root the device or is there a security debug I should be doing,

It depends on what you want. Do you want a rooted device? Then root it.
