Help Factory reset for Smart Android Box - AC8350

Hi

I have a AC8350 box which I am having trouble with - I can't access Ice Films or Cartoon Network for films anymore. A friend of mine recommended doing a hard reset on the box then installing Wookie. I'm happy to do this as don't have any data saved but am struggling to work out exactly how to do it! There is a recovery button on the bottom but I've tried pressing this for 30 seconds and nothing happened. Any help would be appreciated!

It may not be a problem with the box that certain channels are not available. It's more likely they are blocked by your ISP

Yeah, someone suggested that but I've used it here before successfully using the same ISP.
