I dont know if I am posting this in the right area. I have a my touch 4g. My phone was freezing alot so I decided to do a hard factory reset. The problem is now it does not leave that screen. Can someone help me plz. I dont know much about phones but quick learner. Also for whatever it is worth my phone is not rooted i dont think.
