Hey everyone, I hope I'm posting this in the right place.
Nonetheless, I want to ask a question. Lately my mom's tablet has been freezing up and being really jittery in general, and I'm always the one who fixes it for her. My fix is usually a factory reset because it works like new, but this time around, after pressing factory reset, it froze up. Me being me, I turned it off and back on but it's still on the "Erasing..." part, and it's been stuck there for about 2 hours now.
It's a pretty offbrand tablet that was found on QVC, a Gigaset QV830, and I can't find any fix. I've tried just about everything I could and it's hopeless thus far.
Is there any way I can cancel the factory reset (I've tried turning the device off and on again, but it won't budge) and try something else? I can't get into fastboot mode or anything like that.
