Factory reset my s3 and now it wont turn on

I factory reset my S3 and when it turned back on it doesn't go further than saying "SAMSUNG" with the blue outline flashing behind it. I have AT&T and have only had this phone for about 6 or 7 months. Any ideas what's wrong?
