Help factory reset

Sorry if this has been asked before but I could not find it. My phone is rooted and lag fix applied. If I do a factory reset will it undo both of these and delete all apps and info. If not what exactly does it actually do?

It depends on which lag fix you have applied. The root will most likely be gone, but if your lag fix involves changing the format of the internal memory, it might still remain after the reset.
