Help Factory reset?

Is there by chance a way to do a factory reset on the prime? Even after the latest ICS update, I'm still getting a lot of lock ups in the browser mainly, but also while trying to do some casual use with different apps, and it seems to lag a bit.

Is it even likely that a factory reset will help on the prime? Thanks in advance for any help.

To perform a factory reset:
Tap the ‘Apps' icon in the top right corner of the screen.
Scroll until you find the ‘Settings' app, then select it with a tap.
Tap ‘Backup & Reset'.
Select ‘Factory data reset' from the menu.
Tap ‘Reset tablet.
It will prompt you to confirm the action - select ‘Erase everything' to confirm.

Remember this will erase all data. You may want to consider a hard reset first instead, which doesn't erase data. Just push and hold the small black reset button on the left side panel (that looks like it could be a microphone) below the volume rocker. By holding this, you will perform a hard reset.
