I just performed a factory reset on my Rezound last week. My Sense had been rebooting a LOT lately and figured I probably had processes running, taking up RAM when they shouldn't have been.
When it warned me that everything would be deleted on my internal SD card AND my external SD card I said, absolutely (I had already copied EVERYTHING to my computer) ... I wanted it clean.
I reloaded a lot of my programs and, to my surprise, data from one of my games was up to date ... and I didn't think that game stored anything online, I dismissed it as "lucky". Then I took a picture and went to find it in my gallery ... only to find that all of my internal pictures were still there???
If I had been trading the handset in for some reason I would've assumed it was clean?
Did I do something wrong?
