Root Factory reset

Wjat parts of the root process will i have to redo if I factory reset this rooted phone?

None, root stays, you will just have to reinstall Superuser or SuperSU (or one after the other, depending on which one you were using). I had to reset my phone after I got error 67 with a tether app, so I can assure you root stays. :)

Correct.
It's the custom recoveries that mess up when you factory reset, not root.

Also, if you put Superuser into system/apps even a reset will not remove it. It gets lost now because it is saved in data/apps, which reset wipes out.
