i did factory reset on my phone can i recover grandbaby pics and her voice messages back? PLEASE HELP THANK YOU

It depends on where they were. External SD card? Probably, with PhotoRec - CGSecurity if you mount the card in the computer.
Internal storage? Possibly, if you root the phone and use a deleted file recovery program (none of them are free).
Be prepared for some of the files being incomplete, because every time you turn the phone on (or do anything to it) you're writing to storage, and that can overwrite a file you want to recover.
In the future, if it's important enough to want to keep, it's important enough to back up on another device (like your computer AND cloud storage).
