Help FAILED (remote: unknown command)

kirankvb

Newbie
I have a device named LYF flame 1
i tried to unlock the bootloader but whenever i'm typing any command it just shows me an error "FAILED (remote: unknown command)"
my pc can detect that phone and whenever i'm typing "fastboot devices" its showing some serial key representing that my device has been detected
but i cant be able to unlock the bootloader
i turned on the usb debugging and the oem unlock and my phone has been rooted

Well the message seems clear: the phone's bootloader doesn't recognise whatever command you are using. It might help if you described exactly what commands you are using to try to unlock: if you are using the wrong command there's no chance of anyone being able to tell if you don't tell us what you are actually doing.

For example, some phones might use "fastboot oem unlock", some "fastboot flashing unlock", some reqiure that you obtain an identifier token, etc. I don't know what the procedure is for this device, but it isn't the same for all manufacturers or models. Do you have a recipe specifically tested on this phone, or are you following a generic procedure?

And you know that command is appropriate for this device? As I said, the procedure can vary between devices.

You say you "turned on the OEM lock", which I assume means that there is an option to enable this in the system settings. So assuming whatever you did to root it didn't mess this up (I have zero trust in these "rooting apps"), there should be some sequence of commands which does this. Have you tried some of the other options (such as I mentioned). Or have you tried typing "fastboot oem ?" - that might give you a list of oem commands that your bootloader knows. The fact that it responds to "fastboot devices" says that it is communicating with the fastboot utility on your computer and accepting fastboot commands (I'll bet it also responds to things like "fastboot reboot" or "fastboot getvar all").

the post you are referring is also mine
i requested the same problem across the internet

Which you asked on XDA Devs back in January 2017. Perhaps the holy grail you seek does not exist? I presume this is quite an obscure phone, and of course hackers and devs can only really work with devices they have and know about.
