I used to access my work email on my HTC legend via setting up exchange activesync without any problem. But after our admin upgraded the server to exchange 2010, I am not able to do it any more. I tried to delete the old account and create a new account from the beginning, but got the message "failed to create the account". Our admin checked his side (permission etc.) and it seems everything is ok. How can I get around this?
