Root Failed to move system/app files

Hey all,
I've been trying to follow this guide here

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=934486

which is to create a "Deleted" folder in the root of my SD card, which I have already done so.

I then went to system/Apps, and i'm trying to move/cut the files to the Deleted folder, but it just doesn't do anything,
I have tried using astro free and file expert free..
but no luck, is there any steps I have missed out?

Alright guys, I've found a solution..
No need for file managers anymore! Just need a flash tool,!
That X10FlashTool is great! It's like..ALL IN ONE thing..
Flash, root, install custom APK, install jit, install x recovery..
even uninstalls the shitty sony apps, and backs it up for you!!
This thing owns!! My X10 is flying!
