failed to retrieve contacts and unsaved dailed numbers,

[Android Question]

I'm Jonah and I hv been experiencing this problem for about one and half months, my phone is an ideos model and android version 2.2, once I try to retrieve saved contacts and dialed numbers I'm getting this text, 'the android. process. acore has stopped unexpectedly. please try again.' then they request 'Force close' please how can I overcome this,
