Failed to root ICS 4.0.4

Hi...
I am using Optima Smart, OPS-50...Android version 4.0.4. Dsb driver MT65xx preloder.. Build no- ALPS.ICS.MP.V2.16. I want to root my phone. I have tried many methods but failed. The main problem is adb push failed to copy su,busybox to system folder.error report "READ ONLY FILE SYSTEM".

C:\Users\Sampad\Desktop\root>adb push su /system/xbin/
failed to copy 'su' to '/system/xbin//su': Read-only file system

Plz hepl me to root my phone..:bawling:

remount failed ption not permitted

hmm, have yu tried a app called framaroot? its on xda i can link yu if yu want, it might work might.
