I once remodeled a factory cabinet that had a tall drawer at the bottom, then a space for a double oven, and on top was an opening for a microwave. The bottom of the MW was just about eye level. It wasn't only inconvenient, it was dangerous. I removed the drawer and lowered everything that amount. The drawer space was added to the small cabinet space above and new doors were ordered.
I also question how functional that door next to the range might be.
