Fake busy line app

Hi guys !
I searched everywhere but I didn't find a solution. I need an app which fakes a busy line at my phone. It's not a fake call like so many but an app which makes my phone behave as it was busy when someone calls.
Do you have any idea about it ???

this wont work, the ringing and busy signal someone hears when they call you is generated by either the phone company (land line calling to your cell) or the other persons mobile phone.

you would have to have an app that would answer your phone and play a busy signal to them, but that would cause a confusing situation where the other person hears it ring on their end, then to goes to a busy signal once the app answers the call.

If you can find a program that can play a sound to a caller, just get a "This line is out of service" file to play.
