Help Fake Lock Screen After I Unlock My Phone

This fake lock screen first showed up when I plugged my phone in a few minutes ago. It shows up everytime after I unlock my phone. Can anyone identify the app its from, or tell ne how to find out which app its from? If you cant see the image, open the attachment.

It looks like one of the Antivirus apps. I had cm security or lookout and it did that same thing every time I put it to charge.

The only two antivirus programs i have are avast and malwarebytes. It would be suspicious for either to do that. Ill look into it later.

If youre telling me to delete clean master, ill say i will not trust that app on my hard drive for a second. If youre telling me to put it on my phone. No read the above. I am not going to put that on my phone. Plus i think its one of the launchers i installed that never waa really removed from my phone. Anyway im getting pissed at all the apps clogging my phone and im just going to do a factory reset lmao.
