Help Fake phone?

Bought a used unlocked T-Mobile Galaxy Note 3 from Amazon. The seller said that the imei's clean, but when I check the imei on a site like imei.info, imei.info says the phone's supposed to be a Nokia N95. Also, when I dial *#06# on the phone to get the imei, I get the 15-digit imei followed by a "/ 4", and the Imei SV is 4 in the phone's settings. Finally, after performing a factory reset on the device, SuperSU appears in the phone's Apps list.

Should I keep this phone? Like, would there be any problems down the road if I decide to keep it and use it with T-Mobile? For example, even though it doesn't seem to be blocked/blacklisted now, could it get blacklisted later even though it's unlocked? Or possibly, is this Galaxy Note 3 fake, with a crappy parts inside like a fake cpu or something?

Checking the status of an imei number online is not always a reliable solution, I had the same issue of "mistaken identity" checking the imei of an S3"
The best way to check the validity of an imei number is to call the carrier that it belongs to.
There is always a possibility of the imei getting blacklisted in the future when buying a second hand phone... For example :
If the phone is still on a contract and the original owner defaults payments...= blacklisted

Or if the original owner reports it lost or stolen = blacklisted

If possible it's always best to buy from someone you know and trust.... Or from a business

Yeah, I called T-Mobile, and they said that all they can tell me is that the imei is not blocked and should be fine, but there's always a chance that the phone can be blacklisted later on. But the T-Mobile representative also told me that as long as the phone is unlocked, it shouldn't be able to be blacklisted anymore -- is that true?

By the way, behind the phone's battery, the sticker lists a different imei than the one you get in the phone's *#06#, with a different 15-digit number and a "/ 3" instead of "/ 4" at the end, and using this sticker's imei on imei.info does show me that it's a Galaxy Note 3 with all the correct specs. But when I type this sticker imei into Swappa's imei checker, it gives a warning saying it's "Financed: Outstanding Balance (IMEI Blacklist)". I'm guessing this was a blacklisted phone, but they sent it to some 3rd party imei repair service to fix the imei and unlock the phone. In this case, is there still a chance the phone with its new Nokia N95 imei could be blacklisted later?

I would do your best to get your money back. AFAIK it is against the law to alter the MEID, which has obviously happened here. The phone was blacklisted under its original MEID, so it was flashed to another one an sold.
