...the2 emulators I'm referring 2are the PPSSPP and HAPPY CHIC,have significant "lag"issues w the ppsspp,but what I really need help with is the downloading of, and extraction of game files for the ppsspp. I fumble my way through it, and most of the time I eventually get the files extracted, and where they need2b in order4me2play the game,but it happens almost by accident, if that makes any sense. So if you familiar with ROMS and the extraction of the ISO files, I sure could use your help. Thanks

FWIW I have tried some of the homebrews in PPSSPP, and they seemed to play just fine. Unfortunately I no longer have any PlayStation CDs to try with the emulator, those were sold off along with my PSP console many years ago
An emulator let's u play console games(psp,ps1,ect)on your Android. The games 4them are ROMS, and are downloaded online free. No CES, disks or cartridges needed.
Sorry don't know anything about "ROMS". Somebody else reading this thread might know more.
