Just bought two of the 'official' window mounts and I am SO disappointed that when in 'car' mode the default navigation is VZNavigator, along with all the Bing stuff. Guess I shouldn't be surprised.
My question is, is there a way to use it in 'normal' mode when it is in the car mount. (I guess I could just not slide in the little piece that connects to the charger/connector, but is there an 'official' way)
Also, with a root will there any kind of car mode ?
