to connect to a customer service representative directly dial *490 it will connect u right away

now u can check constantly for any news on gs3 and hope one of the employees slips or something haha :P

but if u have "my metro" installed itll open it and then u can navigate through til it says add features or something like that.

now u can dodge the lame automated system

well dear sir that amazing app called my metro that nobody uses. i usually call and say i want to add features and they connect u to a rep 24/7 then the app came and i went through it til i got to the "add features" option and the number it dialed was *490.
tried it but it opened mymetro. uninstalled mymetro and it called :D success!

I used to speak gibberish nonsense syllables to the electronic voice lady-

..until she would say "I seem to be having trouble understanding you-I'll get someone who can help ." to get to customer service- ha .

I forgot about that number (I saw your other post awhile back) and I used 611 and said speak to representative it usually works fine you might have to say a couple times though :p but thanks for the reminder

that must be very recent. never was there. great to know though. i hope with the merger they dont change up the cust service hours i love the 24 hour thing its amazing
