I use the Accessory Power ReVIVE DualFlux AC USB Charger every time. It still takes nearly 4 hours for my 7.0+ to charge from complete depletion, but I like that it has a

I managed to get a cable to enable charging the 7+ from a notebook; the cable also works with any USB socket
