Fastboot unlock Oppo f7

are you sure you in the right path within the command window? maybe posting the screenshot might help.
also do you have adb and fastboot setup on your computer?

yes, I am sure. the command I entered was '. \ fastboot oem device-info' but the command failed 'unknown command'. is there a solution for this? my device is Oppo F7

According to a Senior member of XDA there is no fastboot on an Oppo f7. I don't know if that is true or not.

yes I have enabled it in developer mode
is there any other way to enter fastboot code on the oppo f7 phone?
