How to set fastboot mode on our Fierce?want to do full wipe throught adb(my fierce is after to many bad codes locked)and when I start adb on pc Fierce is not detected

Is USB debugging on the phone enabled? If it's not you can't connect adb to it. Try booting into recovery - there should be a factory reset option there.

Yes usb debugging is enabled,developers activated,usb driver installed,adb is working...
I tried reset phote from menu,wipe from recovery ,was in ingeneer mode ...but still no sucess.Have no option to put unlock code in Fierce-it not ask for nck code if I start it with no T-Mob sim.
