faulty touch screen

my phone fel in milk today morning IDEOS with google,and after drying out it can open and show all settings only that it does not respond to touch.What should i do?should i try opening it tommorrow?

It's too late. You had about 2 minutes, tops, to save the phone. Read Wet Phone so you'll know what to do next time it happens. (To your new phone - this one, even if you get it to work, is going to get worse and worse until it totally dies.)
