im still finding my way around android but with my noobie experience.. here are some of mine (mostly from my lockscreen and homescreen):

'go launcher ex' *this app is awesome imo!!!
a few things im doing with it:
swipe up>'widgetlocker' on
swipe down>hide/show notification bar
app drawer dock icon>gesture>'screen off and lock'
settings dock icon tap>'smart bar' quick settings
settings dock icon gesture>stock settings
i also got my heavily used apps set on the docks. facebook, ym, skype , gmail are set on gesture since most people are used to tapping the icons instead of gesturing. in a way providing some privacy to password-access apps, or so i'd like to think.

'beautiful widgets' with flatwhite icons
missed it!

'screen filter' (works great for night time reading. saves battery too!)
'smooth calendar' on homescreen and with a tap, it goes to 'jorte' for a full calendar view
