Help Favourites page problem

He everyone, i wonder if anyone can help me out, i have a HTC desire,unrooted and standart on the o2 network in the UK, my problem is that on my favourite screen i've placed my family and friends....but the problem is,some have a little black card on their pic so if i hit their picture i have a some options ,and some pics don't have it,i wondered if anyone could tell me how to get my favourites on my screen with the little black contact card on their picture ? many thanks all.

Its like the full black screen with all the options on it,rather than just a couple of lines. on my favs page my pics have a little black card on the bottom right corner,some don't and i cant remember i got them on there with the contact card on the pic.

When you first click on a picture you get to choose a default action for when you click on it again, this will be the little black box you see (contact card, phone or message). To change this you go to details> menu> more> set widget action, that is if you have already set a default action.
