fb status via Android?

[funkybone]

How can i update status in Facebook with the signature "via Android"
cos im using fb for android app, when i update my status it still shows "via Mobile" signature.

You can't.

Facebook changed it themselves to "via mobile" on not just the android app but also the iphone app too. Have no idea why though.

Very lucky Blackberry peeps. "via Blackberry"

If you use third party apps, you can get via Tweetdeck or via Hootsuite or whatever, but haven't noticed if it says Tweetdeck for Android....

I noticed fb doing this a while ago. I'm guessing BlackBerry is paying for the "via Black Berry".

Ha. Ya know I never noticed that. I wonder why they made the change?

If you look, BB is the only phone specific one that appears any longer. I'm betting they pay for that. It must be worth it to RIM to remind people their products still exist

i want the icon android with the signature via Android on my fb status.

lol, does it matter?

I believe facebook changed it because now that you bring it up, I don't recall seeing android or even iphone signatures anymore.

You can use websites like fbstatusvia.com , there are also quite some android apps for that
