FB-Whatsapp contacts

Hi! Im looking for an app that allows me to transfer all my FB contacts to whatsapp, when i do that FB option to allow all my FB contacts onto my phone, it works, but all the numbers come up as +272, instead of 072, and whatsapp doesn't read them then.... So any suggestions on a way that i can either send all my FB contacts to whatsapp, or an app to remove the +27 at the beggining of my contacts' numbers?

Facebook contacts have been causing issues when syncing with Gmail (and I guess with apps like whatsapp as well) with regards to the wrong number being dialed (e.g. the Facebook phone number entry has a +1 added to the phone number) because the Facebook phone number is deemed as the primary number and overrides the Gmail contact number and 011 (international call) being dialed instead. There have been several ways to resolve this issue, one being deleting the contacts database (on the phone; Managed Applications->All->Contacts Storage, Clear Data) and disabling Facebook contacts sync when re-syncing the Gmail contacts. Another way is to use an app like Prefixer (253 Below) to resolve the dialing problem for a Facebook contact, which is the resolution for you since you want to use the Facebook contacts.

Whatsapp should automatically take your facebook contacts numbers if your phone is syncing facebook contacts. Or at least it does it on my SGS2.

I did have issues with syncing and I cleared my application data. Go to manage applications under the settings menu and clear data for Facebook and for whatsapp. If your phone has a native facebook sync then downloaded app from the market can sometimes cause sync issues later on.
