Help fcebook not synching with contacts.

I just did another restore on my phone, and now my facebook won't synch with my contacts, i was wonder if anybody else had this issue.
 
well, before i restored my phone, the contacts woulds synch up with birthdays and pictures next to their names, but now it wont do that and i can't seem to figure out how to make it do that again because it was quite convenient. does anybody have any ideas on what may have happened?
