I just got off the phone with Motorola. Because of all the problems I'm having with the JB update, they are extending my warranty by 6 months (expired 11/11/12), and allowing me to send my phone in for repair/replacement. The only difference between this update and ICS, is that I'm finally sending my phone in. I had problems after ICS too. I have done numerous FDR's, cleared cache, even had a Motorola Level 2 Tech take remote control of my phone. I wish they didn't force us to take the updates, because I had the best phone I ever had with Gingerbread.
