Feeds and Updates Showing Up Twice

I have Feeds and Updates showing up twice on one of the home screens. Is there a way to remove one of them? Thank you

Press and long hold one of them. Now move it to the trash can at the bottom of the screen

Thanks JayC. I have had my Fascinate undergo a hard reset twice, and have also had the OS downloaded twice, each time because the screen started freezing for several seconds at a time. Finally, I just discovered it was caused by the Facebook Feeds and Updates synchronization. I would like to let as many people know about this as possible, as I know a lot of other people are having the freeze problem too. Imagine my delight when I tried to unsynch Feeds and Updates Facebook account and suddenly my phone was working well again. So I just followed your directions and threw the darn thing in the trashcan, although I realize that does not uninstall it, just moves it out of sight. Anyway, thanks again.
