Hello and welcome to the forums - thanks for joining!

I am not sure what to suggest... perhaps it would be worth checking with other users of the same phone in one of the following sub-forums:

Samsung Galaxy Mini (S5570) - Android Forums
Samsung Galaxy Mini (SGH-T499V) - Android Forums

I have suggested both, as I am not sure which version you have

Hope you find the answer you need

Welcome to Android Forums, look around and enjoy. :beerglass:

Be sure to check out the sections dedicated to your Android device( Android Phones - Android Forums ) and your Carrier ( Android Carriers - Android Forums ).

For Tablets check this section out, ( Android Tablets & MIDs - Android Forums )

Also if you want to be able to connect to the Forums from your Android device, be sure to check out the free Phandroid app in the Google Play Market. Cheers!!!!
