Help File automatically downloaded

Hi everyone,
I was on facebook and was trying to watch a video about a navy seal and it froze up for a minute. All of the sudden i saw the icon on the top of my phone downloading and once it finished it said Porn.av installed or something similiar. I ran a virus scan and was looking through downloaded files but cannot see anything that looks different.
Has anyone ran into this kind of issue? Is there anything someone can recommend...besides staying off facebook....that i can do to make sure there is no breach of my device?

What device?
What version of Android?
What were you running to access facebook?

Malware doesn't just load itself.
Either you have a cheap pre-infected Chinese phone or you downloaded something that is installing porn software.

I have galaxy 4 and am running the lolipop version. I saw a link about a navy seal on facebook thread and when i tried to click it, it froze up and wouldnt do anything and then i saw the download sign up on top of my phone. Once it completed it said porn.av or something to that effect and then it went away. I checked my downloads to see what the hell downloaded and didnt see any downloaded files.

I just went to internet and from there facebook and was reading the threads that i was interested in. It was through Google how i accessed facebook.

I ran a virus scan and everything came out clean. It is the first time this has happened to me. Normally stuff will pop up and i have to exit them out to continue reading articles but nothing has ever just automatically downloaded.

I havent downloaded any apps on my phone. Everything i have is stuff i have had since i purchased the phone last year.
 
The Navy Seal might have been a lure to download the malware.
Do you have the "do not install from unknown sources" turned off?
