File download manager with SD Card Access

Hi everyone

I'm looking for a file manager or download manager that has access to its own app folder on the an SD Card in andriod. I downloaded Ex Explorer but i cant seem to find its application folder to download to on the sd card.

BTW i'm not rooted and right now I dont want to void my warrenty

FX Explorer is what I use and you can access the sd card and android main files and folders(But you can't remove any apps with no root)

i'm actually looking for more of a download manager that creates an app folder on the sd card's android folder where the app can allow access to that folder. Most managers dont create a folder on the sd card. its very annoying.
