I found a new file manger app on market. It has theme support and plugin support eg file and text encryptor.
One can share his sd card files via FTP and WEB with your PC with WiFi. Its a media manger too.
Can connect with cloud sevices like dropbox. It also possess Tab feature which makes copy/paste jobs easier. And the Exit button is just cherry on the cake!
